Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Grip Collective! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a promotion offering free shipping is applied.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Orders or memberships that qualify for free shipping will automatically receive free standard shipping within the United States.
Subscription Orders (THE EDIT)
THE EDIT membership orders ship after your selection profile is completed and are fulfilled on a rolling monthly basis. You will receive tracking information each time your monthly shipment is sent.
Note, for your first delivery if a profile is not received within three days or the order being placed we will send one of our most popular grips with a handwritten reminder and request to please submit your profile responses so that we can meet our internal shipping guidelines. Please do not let that happen - submit your profile immediately after placing your order to ensure your box is curated based on your likes and dislikes.Â
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. The Grip Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier when possible.
Customers shipping to apartments, condos, or shared-access buildings assume responsibility for secure package retrieval after carrier-confirmed delivery. If a package is marked delivered to a parcel locker/mail room but cannot be located, customers must first work with building management and the carrier while any applicable shipping protection claim is investigated.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
